The "Large File Transfer Function" of Hirameki 7 is a file transfer feature designed to safely and simply send drawings, specifications, and documents that frequently need to be sent outside the company in the manufacturing industry. It avoids the limitations of email attachments and the risk of misdelivery by sending files in URL format. By setting download deadlines and passwords, it minimizes the risk of information leakage. No special operations or IT knowledge are required, and it can be implemented simply by replacing the existing email process for sending documents. "It allows you to determine at what stage, what information, and how much to share." This approach to information management required in the manufacturing industry can be realized effortlessly. We support the creation of a "safe environment for sending drawings" from small factories to medium-sized manufacturing companies.

Customers who are struggling with handling large data, such as those who are "sending CAD data overseas using media like CDs, but are troubled by the time and effort it takes," or "operating an FTP server for data exchange with business partners but want to be freed from the cumbersome operational tasks like ID management and data backup/deletion," will find this tool to be ideal. Unlike services that use storage servers, this service can be used more easily (there is no need for download operations when receiving data) and more securely (with high encryption strength and no data remaining on the server). It is used by approximately 5,000 customers, including major automobile manufacturers and large construction machinery manufacturers.
